First and most important step is to withdraw all your funds from your LYOPAY profile.
- Email subject: Account Closure
- Message: I (NAME SURNAME), verify that I have withdrawn all of my valuable funds from the LYOPAY platform and would like to close my account and stop all my activity in LYOPAY.
Your account will be closed within the next 48 hours.
