Login Issue

Registered Email Address was Forgotten

If you do not remember your registered email address or do not have access to it, you will need to change your LYOPAY email, to do that - please write an email, from your new email to [email protected], requesting an email change.
In the attachment add a video of yourself holding your Identification document and a paper with your old and new email and today's date, for an example:
"Please change my email from [email protected] to [email protected] - 12.12.2021."
Once the necessary information will be provided, your request will be fulfilled within the next 24h.

Changing Your Registered Email Address

To change your account email, please write a message, from your new email to [email protected], requesting an email change.
If at the time of the registration you provided answers to secret questions, you will be requested to provide answers to those, if not, in the attachment add a video of yourself holding your Identification document and a paper with your old and new email and today's date, for an example:
"Please change my email from [email protected] to [email protected] - 12.12.2021."
Once the necessary information will be provided, your request will be fulfilled within the next 24h. We will notify you when the changes will be made.

Forgot Password

Go to the log in page and press "Forgot password". The system will send an email with the link to reset the password.

Having Trouble Changing Password

If you already tried to change your password yourself, but did not succeed. Write an email to [email protected] from your registered email and request a password change.
You will be asked to provide answers to the secret questions, that were asked at the time of the registration, if the answers will are correct, we will provide you with the temporary password that you will be able to change once you log into your account.

Can't Log In Due to IP Restrictions

To remove your IP restrictions, please follow the steps below:
Write an email to [email protected], requesting the IP restriction removal
  • If at the time of the registration you provided answers to secret questions. Member of the customer support team will respond to your email, requesting answers to the previously provided secret questions.
  • If you registered via the LYOPAY application and did not provide secret questions. Make a photo of yourself holding your Identification document and a paper with a written request to disable IP restrictions + mentioning registered email address and today's date, for an example:
"Please, disable IP restrictions for my LYOPAY account with email [email protected], 12.12.2021."
Once the necessary information will be provided, your request will be fulfilled within the next 24 hours.

Can't Log In Because of the 2FA

If you can access your account, you can write a support ticket to request the disabling of the 2FA (Two-Factor Authentication), if not, please write an email from your registered email to [email protected] with the request and this feature will be disabled.
